Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email or post).

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For contracts on digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire early if we have started performance after you expressly requested that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and you acknowledged that your right of withdrawal is lost once the contract has been fully performed.
