Terms of Service

These terms apply to all contracts for Red Bot Hosting. They apply to consumers and business customers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The contracting party is Boltjes IT Solutions GmbH, Triftstraße 95-97, 47533 Kleve, Germany.

A contract is concluded once checkout for a selected plan is completed and payment is successfully authorized.

The service includes hosting of Red Discord Bot instances, management interfaces, bot configuration and related operational features according to the selected plan.

• The exact feature set depends on the subscribed plan.
• Service operation depends on third-party services (for example Discord, Stripe and hosting infrastructure).
• No specific commercial outcome and no uninterrupted availability are guaranteed.

• Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information, especially Discord and billing details.
• Bot credentials and tokens must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
• The service may not be used for unlawful content or activities.
• Users must comply with Discord terms and the terms of connected platforms.

Prices shown at checkout apply. Billing is in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the selected plan and is processed via the integrated payment provider.

In case of payment issues, service may be limited or suspended to the extent permitted by law.

Subscriptions run for the selected billing period and renew automatically unless canceled.

• Cancellation is possible at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period.
• After termination, bot operation is stopped and data is processed or deleted in line with legal obligations and the privacy policy.
• The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, deadlines and the model withdrawal form are provided on the dedicated withdrawal page.

For digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire early once performance has started at the customer's explicit request and all legally required confirmations have been provided.

We continuously improve the service. Maintenance windows, security actions or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

No separate SLA with guaranteed uptime metrics is provided.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damages.

Liability for disruptions or outages of third-party services (especially Discord, payment providers or hosting services) is limited to the extent required by applicable law.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected for consumers.

If the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the registered office of Boltjes IT Solutions GmbH is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

We may update these terms for justified reasons (for example legal changes, feature changes, or security requirements). We will provide timely notice of material changes in an appropriate manner.
